Please don't worry. We are humans, I cannot see my girlfriend when I really want to see, but sometimes she calls me asking to see her. Words between lovers are ephemeral, only applied in a fixed place &time. Take a cooling down time then you will find him smiling at you trying to walk hand in hand.
