Browser?

Thank you for your consolation. Since no one claimed such trouble around me, I have been very alienated up to now.

Today I received an instruction from customer service.

He said I need to delete cookies if my browser is Internet Explorer 6.x for Windows. I think I did as he instructed, but so far my inbox won't appear. I might be runnung an older version of the browsers listed above, but I have no idea what browser I am using.

If this error is only caused because of my browser, I have my browser stayed as it is. I don't mind even if I can't see the contents of my inbox. Normally I don't use this account for communicating with other people.

I need to confirm whether I can see the contents of inbox in using PC other than mine. If I can see it in other browsers, I don't think the current problem is that trouble.
