Thanks for the link. I think they must interogate a really wicked one. But sometimes they cannot do justice against it, but they tend to target a new rich like Horiemon, Murakami. I noticed particularly in the case of Horiemon scandal, public prosecuters have been targetted him just because his activity was very noticeable and publicly known to many people, apparently he made a success in such a short period, etc. I believe their investigation is cleary based upon some presumption that he must have committed some unlawful conduct for he mad a success in such a short time. It's very unfair. I think his success is a real one, not based upon any criminal acts.
